1. How can I pay the payment?
We accept PayPal and Western Union. As you know, PayPal is very safe and secure for the customers to pay the payment. For the wholesalers, if you buy many items which price over 500USD, we suggest you to pay by Western Union; we can give you more discount price which can balance out the handling charge for the payment.
2. How to count the freight if I buy more than one item?
About the freight, we charge like this:
For the first item, we charge the shipping cost. From the second item to the last one, we charge the combine shipping cost for each of them. The combine shipping cost is less than the shipping cost.
3. Do you send to Italy? How much the shipping cost?
Of course we ship to Italy, but for the Italian customers, we must tell you this, because Italy custom check very strictly, so we choose DHL to ship to Italy, it is very safe and fast, but it is expensive too. So you should pay more for the DHL fee. We have many old Italy customers always buy from us; all of them know this, so we hope you can understand too.4. What can I do if the delivery is failed?
If you can’t receive your package in one month, we will contact the shipping company about this. If it is verified, we can resend them to you or refund the payment to you.
5.Can I return the item if I am not satisfied?Surely you can return the item if you aren’t satisfied with it.But you should contact us after you receive the package, and supply us the convincing evidence about the problem you said, then we will do our best to give you a quick and satisfactory solution.
